  Dion Freeborn helped me to get a new iPhone & transfer everything from my old one as well as adjust my account. He was terrific ! He is knowledgeable, funny & courteous . I know that if I need more tech help I can depend on him.

  My family and I visited the store on a recent Sunday afternoon and were immediately greeted by the phenomenally sweet and knowledgable Kelsi. As we were there to set up a new line on our plan for our 11 year old, Kelsi helped us look at all options and was incredibly helpful in getting us into the PERFECT phone for our daughter. We were in an out in about 30 minutes and cannot say enough how pleased we were with the service provided. We are so grateful and will refer all our friends and family to Kelsi at the Berwyn store!
